Candlebox - Stand
off their new CD, Into the Sun
Holy crap, Candlebox is back and they still rock! They were one of those early-to-mid nineties bands that rocked hard, but only put out a few albums and are only known for a few songs. If you don’t remember them, listen to “You”, “Far Behind” or “Simple Lessons” and you’ll probably remember your face getting blown off when you were in middle school. They do a decent a job on this song. It’s a bit cheesy in a few parts, but it really gets going at the end. And of course it has the Candlebox-style guitar solo.
