I’ve been experimenting with minimal internet usage the past few months. There’s something freeing about pretending it’s 1996 again. After getting married, going on a honeymoon, moving, unpacking, and designing and shooting nearly an entire 180 page magazine in two and a half weeks, I begin to forget what I used to fill my time with. At first, I wondered what internet gems my friends were blogging about and noting on their google readers. It’s like having your friends search through the garbage dump of the internet and finding all the treasures for you, then laying them out neatly for you to go through! I’ve missed it. And I really learn a lot about the world. However, I think I am going to keep spending a little less time on the internet and more time rocking hard in other ways. Why watch videos of cats playing piano when I can be riding my bicycle?
